PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide lamp inspection device and a guide lamp inspection method capable of carrying out inspection by comparing the same in a state close to the use state, even in a dark inspection site.SOLUTION: A guide lamp inspection device 1 is an inspection device of a guide lamp for inspecting the hue of a display body 2 of the guide lamp. The guide lamp inspection device 1 includes: a light source 11; a transparent base plate 12 that is disposed at a position facing the light source 11 and transmits light from the light source 11; and a scale part S which is disposed at or on the base plate 12 and has plural color samples S1, S2, S3...SN each having a hue changing step by step with respect to the reference hue of the display body 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
