Abstract:
To provide a beverage composition that has enhanced ornithine but reduces a slimy feeling from ornithine, and also suppresses the remaining of the slimy feeling.SOLUTION: A beverage composition contains following components (A) and (B): (A) at least one selected from ornithine and a salt thereof of 0.05-5 mass%, and (B) nonpolymeric catechin, with a mass ratio between component (A) and component (B) [(B)/(A)] of 0.05-3.SELECTED DRAWING: None
