Abstract:
To provide an alcoholic beverage in which the bitterness and irritating taste derived from alcohol are reduced, sweetness and thickness are imparted, and the traditional fragrance or flavor is suppressed or a new fragrance or flavor is added.SOLUTION: Provided are: an alcoholic beverage, comprising a green tea and/or a green tea component and octanal, in which the content of octanal is 0.005 ppm to 0.050 ppm in terms of pure alcohol; an alcoholic beverage in which the green tea and/or the green tea component is a green tea extract or a green tea component extract; and an alcoholic beverage comprising a citrus extract or a Japanese citrus extract as the octanal.SELECTED DRAWING: None
