Abstract:
To provide a roller device configured so that cooling air can be efficiently circulated inside a roller, and a printer using the same.SOLUTION: A roller device comprises: an ink roller in which a thermoelectric converter is installed; a slip ring 210 for supplying the thermoelectric converter with electricity; a hood member 110 covering a region between a rotary shaft of the slip ring 210 and an end part of the ink roller and having openings 111; and a chamber 120 that forms a circulation passage of air between the hood member 110 and the chamber while covering the openings 111.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
