Abstract:
PURPOSE:To make it possible to operate continuously for a long period and to reduce the abrasive to carry out the burr removal and washing efficiently by dropping the abrasive from the port separated from a washing liquid injection port to mix both agents efficiently and to prevent the abrasion of the injection port, and making it possible to repeat to use the abrasive. CONSTITUTION:A washing liquid 14 passing through a flow passage 50 is injected in a jet spray from a washing liquid jet 52 by a throttle member 46, while an abrasive injection port 56 is positioned a little higher than the jet 52, and an abrasive 16 is dropped from the injection port 56 without passing through the nozzle throttle 46 giving no damage to the nozzle throttle 46. The jet spray 14 and the abrasive 16 strike work 10 directly, or circulate around the work winding in the floating abrasive 16, to remove the burrs and to wash efficiently. The abrasive 16 is drawn out by a slurry pump 22 and delivered to a separation tank 24. The washing liquid is returned to a jar 12, while the abrasive 16 is delivered to a dryer furnace 32 by a conveyer 30 and delivered to the injection nozzle 40 as a dried abrasive.
