To provide a curing-rate controlling method, etc., for calcium phosphate paste, where the curing rate of the paste can be easily controlled without changing the composition, etc., of the paste.
This method is a method for controlling the curing rate of calcium phosphate paste of a hydration curing type, which is prepared by kneading a calcium phosphate base powder (calcium hydrogen phosphate and tetracalcium phosphate, etc.), and water or a curing liquid containing water. The curing rate of the paste is controlled by adjusting the temperature of the calcium phosphate paste. Alternatively, there are provided following processes: a process where the calcium phosphate paste is charged into a part to be filled and a process where the curing rate of the paste is controlled by adjusting the temperature of the charged paste. The adjustment of the temperature of the paste can be carried out by directly or indirectly bringing a heated medium (a warm current from a dryer, etc., or the like) into contact with the paste. The paste may contain polysaccharides (dextran, etc.), for viscosity adjustment etc.
