Abstract:

To improve adhesiveness with tabs of lead (Pb) free solder to solar cell elements using resin hardening type silver paste for a collector electrode.

Between a surface member and a rear member, two or more solar cell elements 1 are arranged. In the solar cell module which connects the collectors of solar cell elements 1 electrically and mutually with tabs 12, the collectors of the solar cell elements 1 consist of silver paste mixed with silver powder and heat hardening resin. The heat hardening resin contains epoxy resin of 70 vol.% or more, whose glass transition point is between 80°C or more and 200°C or less measured by TMA method. Tabs 12 coated with lead free solder on the collectors are soldered.
