Abstract:
If commercial power is received (YES at step S100), a CPU determines whether any print instruction has been received (step S102). If not (NO at step S102), the CPU maintains a low power consumption mode (step S104). If there is any print instruction received (YES at step S102), the CPU returns from the low power consumption mode to a normal mode (step S106), and performs a print process in accordance with the print instruction (step S108).
