Abstract:
(1)ヌクレアーゼ活性を有しない不活性化型CRISPR-associated endonuclease Cas9(dCas9)と、タグペプチドがリンカーを挟んで複数つながったタグペプチドアレイとの融合蛋白質、またはそれをコードするRNAもしくはDNA、(2)タグペプチド結合部位と、メチル化酵素もしくは脱メチル化酵素との融合蛋白質、またはそれをコードするRNAもしくはDNA、および(3)メチル化または脱メチル化を所望する部位から1kb以内のDNA配列と相補的な配列を含むガイドRNA(gRNA)、またはそれを発現するDNAを含む、DNAメチル化編集用キット。
