Abstract:
To provide a novel pyridazinone compound having an activity of inhibiting P2X7 receptor that is a kind of purine receptor, which is useful in preventing, treating or ameliorating diseases relating to inflammation or immunity.
Disclosed are a novel pyridazinone compound represented by a formula (I), a tautomer of the compound, a prodrug, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, or a solvate of these compounds.
