Actual acceleration of a vehicle is calculated from a speed sensor 4. An inclination is calculated by acquiring horizontal directional and vertical directional speed data on the basis of a frequency change by a Doppler effect of a navigation radio wave received from a plurality of GPS satellites by a GPS receiving part 2. A sine value (G.sinθ) to gravitational acceleration is calculated on the basis of the inclination. Theoretical acceleration of the acceleration sensor is calculated by adding the actual acceleration and (G.sinθ). A value by dividing the theoretical acceleration of the acceleration sensor by sensitivity of the acceleration sensor 6 is subtracted from a sensor output value of the acceleration sensor 6, and is renewed by properly performing leveling processing by determining a correct offset value. The correct offset value can be easily acquired even at traveling time.
