Abstract:
To provide a new acesulfame-metal complex exhibiting pleasantly sweet taste and therefore suitable as sweeteners, food supplements and for enrichment of food, medicaments and feeds with trace elements.
This acesulfame-metal complex is formed from a trace element, preferably Fe, Zn, Cu, Mn, Co and two molecules of acesulfamic acid by precipitation reaction with the use of suitable salts.
