Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve the quality and performance of the active matrix type liquid crystal display device by reforming the structure of the circuit wiring pattern of a thin film transistor(TFT) matrix substrate used for an active matrix type liquid crystal display element, and reducing the wiring resistance and improving the redundancy. CONSTITUTION:This active matrix type liquid crystal display element is constituted by injecting and charging liquid crystal 3 between the TFT matrix substrate 1 which is coated with an orienting film 12 and a common electrode substrate 2 which is coated with an orienting film 22; and the gate bus electric conductor 4 of the TFT matrix substrate 1 is connected at the intersection part 45 of the gate bus electric conductor and drain bus electric conductor 5 of the TFT matrix substrate 1 by connections of long through holes 60a and 60b between a transparent conductive film bridge 6 which is wider than the gate bus electric conductor 4 and bent electric conductors 4a and 4b.
