A driven device is provided with a compensator 9 which enables the length of the driven device to be changed for the purpose of correcting the positional change of the pressing elastic body of a friction clutch due to wear and members 21, 25 are provided for this purpose and a fixing device 11 for fixing those relative positions are added to those members and when the action of the fixing device 11 can be cancelled by a switching element in the case of operational condition capable of being assigned in advance and thereby relative movement to each other of members 21, 25 necessary for changing the length of the driven device is realized.
