Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an agitator for a redundant liquid of a solidifier, stored in a tank, to be installed by using a small space; and to prevent the abrasion of a shaft seal part from being caused by sediment and the like.
SOLUTION: This agitator is equipped with the tank 13 for separating and storing the redundant liquid of the solidifier from sediment in a slurry-like redundant liquid for being discharged during excavation and agitation. The agitator comprises: an agitating cylinder 24 whose tip is sealed and around which an agitating blade 27 is provided; an inner cylindrical body 25 which is provided so as to be integral with the exterior wall of the tank 13 and which is to be inserted into the agitating cylinder 24 while a gap is slightly made with respect to the inner peripheral surface of the agitating cylinder 24; a driving shaft 26 which is integrally provided at the upper end of the agitating cylinder 24 so as to be rotatably inserted into the cylindrical body 25 via a bearing 28; and a motor M which is installed outside the tank 13 so as to rotate and drive the driving shaft 26. The agitator is installed so that an upper end 25a of the cylindrical body 25 can be located above a water level L in the tank 13.
