Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a problem wherein since a pressure is switched by using an electropneunmtic regulated, durability is worsened, this control device is not used in environment where refuse is adhered, and uncomfortable noise is generated.
SOLUTION: This air actuator control device comprises a first air regulator arranged in the vicinity of an air feed source 7 and having a pressure set to an arbitrary value; a five-port solenoid valve arranged downstream from the first air regulator 6 and branching a route for air into two directions; a second air regulator arranged in one of routes divided in two ways and having a pressure set to a value lower than that of the first air regulator 6; a second three- port solenoid valve 3 to close an exhaust port to operate the air actuator 1 by the pressure set by the second air regulator 5; and a first three-port solenoid valve 2 connected directly to the five-port solenoid valve to close an exhaust port so that the air actuator 1 is operated by a pressure the first air regulator 6.
