Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent noise which is generated at the time of suction/discharging action of air by a diaphragm from being transmitted to water tank.
CONSTITUTION: A tank member 19 having an air reservoir chamber 23 for reserving intake air temporarily is connected to the diaphragm of an air pump, and a hose for supplying air is connected to the outlet 25 of the tank member 19. Air which is thus transferred to the tank member 19 is reserved in the air reservoir chamber 23 temporarily,.,and then it flows from the outlet 25 to the hose. Noise which IS generated at the time of intake/discharging action of air by the diaphragm 18 is eliminated by the tank member 19, or it is reduced sharply, so that air is supplied into the water tank silently.
