Abstract:

To provide an aircraft configuration with a ramp access to multiple decks.

An aircraft includes a cabin having a first portion 40, a second portion 50, a first ramp 70 and a second ramp. The first portion of the cabin includes an upper deck 20 and a lower deck 30. The upper deck and the lower deck are disposed proximate to each other with vertical separation therebetween. The second portion includes an intermediate deck 60 disposed in a plane that is substantially parallel to planes in which the upper deck and the lower deck lie. The intermediate deck is vertically separated from both of the upper deck and the lower deck. The first ramp extends between the lower deck and the intermediate deck to provide access therebetween. The second ramp extends between the upper deck and the intermediate deck to provide access therebetween.
