Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum paste which removes or minimizes curvatures of silicon wafers due to mismatching of linear expansion and provides an aluminum electrode which can improve reliability and electric performance of a solar cell.SOLUTION: An aluminum paste comprises (a) at least one aluminum source, (b) at least one boron-doped silicon nanoparticle and (c) an organic vehicle. The ratio of aluminum to the total of the aluminum contained in the aluminum source and the boron-doped silicon nanoparticle is 50-95 mass%, and the boron content of the silicon nanoparticle is 10atom/cmor higher.
