Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analysis system that is used for analyzing a biological sample and has an analyzer having an analysis unit for analyzing the biological sample in order to obtain an analysis result.SOLUTION: An analyzer 102 receives a cartridge 110 having an identifier 114 and includes at least one agent for analyzing a biological sample. The analyzer has an identification unit 116 for reading the identifier, and accepts the cartridge when the identifier is valid. A protocol generation system 150 receives an analysis protocol parameter 164 from a user interface 158, generates a custom analysis protocol 138, links the custom analysis protocol for changing an invalid identifier into a valid identifier to an invalid identifier, and transfers a user-generated analysis protocol relating to the current valid identifier to an analyzer controlling device 104.
