Abstract:
To provide anti-GITR antibodies and methods of use thereof.SOLUTION: The disclosure provides an antibody that specifically binds to a human glucocorticoid-induced TNFR family related receptor (GITR) and a composition comprising such an antibody. In a specific aspect, an antibody that specifically binds to human GITR is used to modulate GITR activity, for example, activating GITR, or enhancing or inducing its activity. The disclosure also provides a method for treating disorders such as cancer and infections by administering an antibody that specifically binds to human GITR to modulate GITR activity, for example, activating GITR, or enhancing or inducing its activity.SELECTED DRAWING: None
