Abstract:

To provide a new anticancer drug by finding sulfoquinovosyl acylglycerol derivative having anticancer activity and using the same.

The anticancer drug for carcinoma of the colon, gastric carcinoma, glandular carcinoma, epithelioma, sarcoma, gliomatosis, melanoma, lymphoma and leukemia, comprising at least a kind of selected from a group comprising a compound expressed by general formula (1) and its pharmaceutically acceptable salt (in the formula R101 is an acyl residue of a saturated higher fatty acid, R102 is H or an acyl residue of a saturated higher fatty acid).
