Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for compacting stiff-consistency concrete and demolding instantly.SOLUTION: An apparatus for compacting stiff-consistency concrete and demolding instantly includes an outer mold 11 provided with an upper opening 12a through which concrete 75 is charged, an auxiliary mold 21 which is inserted so as to penetrate the side wall of the outer mold 11 in the horizontal direction and drawn from the side wall and a pressure application unit 30 which pressurizes concrete 75 to be charged into the outer mold 11 through the upper opening 12a. The pressure application unit 30 pressurizes concrete 75 to be charged primarily into the outer mold 11 and includes a pressure member 31 which pressurizes concrete 75 to be charged secondarily on the primarily pressurized concrete 75.
