PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously and smoothly perform a task for correctly attaching a directional container and a cap by including a cap holding means attached to an outer end of a rotary shaft which can advance/retreat by activation of a moving body.
SOLUTION: A rotary shaft 4 is rotatable by a rotating means 11. A holding means 5 detachably holds a cap (c) and when attached via a slide member 12 to an outer end, that is a lower end, of the rotary shaft 4 it can advance/ retreat by rising/lowering activation of a moving body 3. The slide member 12 is coupled to the rotary shaft 4 via a slide body 13 having rotation transfer function to the rotary shaft 4. A mechanism used for a holder 5a of the cap (c) is of a wedge-type activating in a centripetal direction by air. Thus an air flow path 14 is provided at the center of the slide member 12 to be communicated with an air supply flow path 15 formed in the rotary shaft 4. An air pressure source 16 is connected to the air supply path 15.
