Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing apparatus and method capable of manufacturing at a low cost a resin product in which an end member made of resin is integrally formed on the end of a resin substrate, without causing damage or crack on the resin substrate.SOLUTION: A resin product is manufactured in such a manner that: a molding cavity 54 is formed so as to enter and position the outer periphery of a resin substrate 12 held by a first die 50 and a second die 52 forming a molding die 34, between the dies 50 and 52; and further, a melting resin material 94 is injected/filled into the molding cavity 54 through a plurality of gates 69a-69d communicated with a plurality of the molding cavities 54 different from each other, and provided at least on one of the first and second dies 50 and 52, from a plurality of injection devices 36a-36d arranged correspondingly to each of the plurality gates 69a-69d.
