Abstract:
To provide an apparatus for producing a powdered green tea capable of lightly producing the powdered green tea even in a home without grinding the green tea leaves in a mortar, etc.
This apparatus for producing a powdered green tea is obtained by installing a chopper 1 for chopping green tea leaves 7, a collector for collecting pieces (7a) of the green tea leaves chopped with the chopper 1 and further a pulverizer 2 for powdering the pieces (7a) of the green tea leaves.
