To prevent set pressure from being reduced owing to the deterioration of the sealing property of a pump having a cup seal system.

A throttle valve 45 is arranged on a pipeline on the air discharge side of the pump 42 having the cup seal system. The compressed air from the throttle valve 45 is supplied to an air nozzle 41 through a nozzle control part 51. The nozzle control part 51 is composed of a stop valve 46, a pressure release valve 48, a pressure sensor 49 and a system control part 24. The system control part 24 controls the pump 42, the stop valve 46 and the pressure release valve 48 on the basis of a pressurization indication signal to introduce compressed air into an extraction cartridge 2 through the air nozzle 41. The stop valve 46 is closed and the pressure release valve 48 is actuated on the basis of a signal from the pressure sensor 49 to send compressed air to the extraction cartridge 2. The predetermined pressure can be obtained since the throttle valve 45 is arranged on the air discharge side of the pump 42 even when the sealing property of a cup seal of the pump 42 is deteriorated.
