Abstract:
PURPOSE:To make separation of an article from an article receiving part easy by fixing plural number of first plate materials to the lower edge of a weighing machine, and connecting plural number of second plate materials capable of passing through these first plate materials in the vertical direction to a crank mechanism so as to be driven by it. CONSTITUTION:In a laterally symmetrical crank mechanism (1), a crank plate 9 is installed on a shaft 8 of (1) so as to be rotatable freely. A connecting plate 13 is fixed to a lever 7, and three discharge plates 24 are fixed to the connecting plate 13 at a prescribed pitch. Three weighing plates 17 are fixed to shafts 18 and 19 so that the discharge plates 24 can pass through clearance between the weighing plates 17, and both edge parts of the shafts are fixed to connecting plates 16a and 16b continuing from a load cell 21. When the shaft 8 is rotated at a constant velocity, a shaft 11 fixed to the crank plate 9 rotates along a locus C, and the lever 7 is swung, and the discharge plates 24 carry out specific movements. An article is received to an article receiving part T on the weighing plates 17 from a conveyor 30, and is weighed by means of the load cell 21, and is pushed out by means of a short edge part 24a of the discharge plates 24, and is dropped into a bucket 33 as shown by an arrow (a) while the bucket is moving on a vertical part of a conveyor 32.
