Abstract:
To provide a knockdown corrugated cardboard coffin that facilitates assembly by a single spread sheet and that dissolves a step of a joint between a side plate and an end plate to finish up with superior appearance.SOLUTION: A coffin body 10A is assembled by making V-groove processing on a spread sheet P which is made of a reinforced corrugated cardboard material and then by bending the spread sheet along the V-groove. In assembling the spread sheet P, a side plate 13 is nearly vertically raised on the left/right of a base plate 12. Also, with a folding plate 15 nearly vertically raised in front and in the rear of the base plate 12, an outer plate part 14a of an end plate 14 is folded inward in front and in the rear of the left/right side plate 13 and is superimposed on the outer side of the folding plate 15. Further, in the upper end of this outer plate part 14a, an inner plate part 14b of the end plate 14 is folded downward inside the coffin by parallel two V-grooves V1, V1 and is superimposed on the inside of the folding plate 15.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
