Abstract:
To easily and accurately detect axial force acting on a rock bolt, which is difficult to confirm visually, only through visual check at low cost without using a measuring instrument.SOLUTION: There is provided an axial force detecting fixture 1 for detecting axial force acting on a rock bolt 2. The axial force detecting fixture 1 comprises: a bearing plate 4 installed on a fixing surface with the rock bolt 2 in a penetration state; a transparent plate 6 placed between with a nut 5 screwed into the rock bolt 2; and a pressure measuring film 7 which is arranged between the bearing plate 4 and the transparent plate 6, and develops color in response to receiving pressure with the color density changing according to the magnitude of the pressure. A plurality of types of pressure measuring films 7 that develop colors in different pressure regions can be prepared in advance, and the types to be used can be changed according to the state of the ground in the field.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
