To provide an assembled column body which is constituted by assembling a plurality of solid column materials, in which the cut surface of the column material using lumber from thinning is decorated, and is used as a paving material.
A plurality of protrusions 2 for preventing the fall of a single column-material body 3, which is obtained by cutting the column material 90 mm square (assumed dimensions) as the lumber from thinning to a length of the order of 60 mm (thickness of a brick), are provided; the plurality of single column-material bodies 3 are fixed to a lattice-shaped plate material 1 with a plurality of opened holes 4 with an insertion screw 5, so as to form the abrasion-resistant wood-brick assembled column body of 90 mm square 6. In that case, the abrasion-resistant wood-brick assembled column body of 90 mm square 6 is formed by directing the cut surface (header) upward, so that a lightweight and abrasion-resistant solid wood brick pavement can be constructed. Additionally, a staircase can be easily and inexpensively constructed, by the use of the abrasion-resistant wood-brick assembled column body of 90 mm square 8 for the staircase with a thick riser.
