To provide an assembling method for a rubber hose end and a rubber hose end fitting which improves a seal characteristic of an end where a rubber hose is connected with an end fitting, and prevents intrusion of external fluid even under an environment receiving high external pressure to be used.
In an assembling method for a rubber hose end in which the end of a rubber hose 2 is nipped between a nipple 8 inside of the hose and an outside socket 7 threadedly engaged with this, and a predetermined part hung on the outermost layer 3 of the rear end of the socket 7 is caulked, rubber or resin based potting agent 12 is filled into an opening clearance 10 between a flare-shaped portion of the socket generated with deformation by caulking the socket 7 and the outermost layer 3. In an end fitting constituted so that it is mounted to an end of the rubber hose by nipping the end of the rubber hose 2 between the both members, the nipple 8 and the socket 7, and caulking a part hung on the outermost layer 3 of the rear end of the socket 7, an annular projecting strip portion 9 is formed on the inner wall side of the caulking part of the socket 7.
