Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3926611
Kind Code:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attaching device for a handrail capable of coupling a handrail support side bracket to a building frame without interfering therewith even when a fixture coupling upper and lower vertical materials exists.
SOLUTION: The attaching device of the handrail for attaching a handrail support 14 through a bracket B at a position where ends of a vertical material 1 and a horizontal member 2 are coupled comprises a horizontal support plate 5 for coupling a basic end to the handrail support by the bracket, and a pair of engaging pieces 6 mutually erecting while having an arbitrary interval L on the outer end of the support plate. The support plate forms a holding groove 7 released outward and a long groove communicating with the holding groove. Each engaging piece has a vertical piece 6a and a horizontal piece bent from the vertical piece to the holding groove side, and support faces 9 and 10 curved to the lower part of each vertical piece and the end of the horizontal piece respectively are formed.
