Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic rubber feed device which is capable of automatically loading rubber pieces into a loading jig or a mold.
SOLUTION: This automatic rubber feed device comprises a bobbin 1 around which a striplike rubber R is wound, a cutting device part C which cuts the striplike rubber R to be paid off from the bobbin 1 to the specified dimensions, a loader device part which enables supporting and releasing of the cut rubber pieces and is movable in a specified direction and a setting device part S which shifts the rubber pieces to be delivered from the cutting device part C in the XY direction and supports the rubber pieces at a specified position on the loader device D. The striplike rubber wound around the bobbin 1 is paid off to be cut to the specified dimensions as the rubber pieces, and the rubber pieces are shifted to a specified position by the setting device part S to be supported at a specified position on the loader device part. At the same time, the loader device part is shifted onto a loading jig or a mold into which the rubber pieces are to be loaded so that the rubber pieces are released. Thus it is possible to dispense with labor and feed the rubber pieces into the loading jig or the mold.
