Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to retreat a moving member even on the way of press molding sheet-like resin from a press molding machine by horizontally rotating the rotary member of the moving member to a specific angle, opening the one side of the body of the moving member, and passing the one side through the upper and lower molds during press molding.
SOLUTION: The cylinder 26 of a gripping mechanism 23 is extended to grip the peripheral edge of a sheet-like resin by a moving member and a pawl member 28, the resin is heated to be softened as it is, and the resin and the member are conveyed to a press molding machine. Then, the cylinder is extended to raise a lower mold and to lower an upper mold to press mold the heated and softened sheet-like resin. Thereafter, after a predetermined time is elapsed, the cylinder 26 is contracted, the member 28 is opened, the mechanism 23 is separated from the resin, the cylinder 26 is contracted, the rotary member of the moving member is horizontally rotated at 90 degrees to open the one side of the body 22a of the moving member. Then, the opening of the opened body 22a is passed through the upper and lower molds during the press molding.
