Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bar body reception and delivery device for a bar body accumulating pocket attempted to avoid collision of bar bodies at the bar body accumulating pocket and to prevent noise and bar body surface flaws.
SOLUTION: A bar steel accumulating pocket 4 in which bar steels 1 delivered from a bar steel delivery part 3 are accumulated is provided free to oscillate in the vertical direction and free to extend and contract in the longitudinal direction around a supporting point A at an opposite position of a clamping bar steel delivery part as its standard, and it includes an arm 5 for bar steel receiving and delivery a head end part of which is formed on a bar steel receiving and delivery part 7 and an arm driving means to cynchronize with a delivery cycle of the bar steels. The arm 5 for bar steel receiving and delivery is provided so that the arm extends at the upper limit of oscillation, the bar steel receiving and delivery part 7 moves and stands by at a bar steel receiving point P1 at a position immediately in front of the bar steel delivery part 3 and above the bar steel accumulating pocket 4, the bar steel receiving and delivery part 7 receives one of the bar steels 1, the arm moves down, the bar steel receiving and delivery part 7 moves to a bar steel delivery point P2 at an intermediate position inside of the bar steel accumulating pocket 4, the bar steel is released and the arm moves upward as the arm retreats and returns to move to the upper limit position.
