Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery system capable of predicting the state of a coating formed on a negative electrode with good accuracy.SOLUTION: A battery system 1 provided according to the present invention comprises: a secondary battery 20 including a positive electrode 30, a negative electrode 40 and a nonaqueous electrolyte; and a sensor 10 disposed between the positive electrode 30 and the negative electrode 40, which acquires a physical value showing the influence that a coating has on the degradation of the secondary battery 20 when the coating is formed on the negative electrode 40. The sensor 10 preferably includes e.g. a counter electrode 12 made of the same material as that of the positive electrode 30, an action electrode 14 made of the same material as that of the negative electrode 40, and a separator 16 interposed between the counter electrode 12 and the action electrode 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
