Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing device at a low cost with a high mass- producibility capable of preventing its preload from going out in a shrink fitting process.
SOLUTION: The bearing device includes a pair of bearings 1 and 2 inserted to a shaft 5 at a certain spacing with a preloading spring 3 interposed between their outer rings and a rotor 7 having a through hole 7N consisting of a first bearing inserting part 7NL, a runoff part 7NN and a second bearing inserting part 7NU, and the bearings 1 and 2 are shrink fitted in the first 7NL and second bearing inserting parts 7NU, wherein the rotor 7 is arranged so that the inside diameter B of the first bearing inserting part 7NL is made greater than the inside diameter A of the second bearing inserting parts 7NU and the bores with the diameters A and B will be tightly fitted on the outer ring periphery having a diameter C and heated to a specified temperature, and from the side with the second bearing inserting parts 7NU, the bearings 1 and 2 are smoothly inserted into the through hole 7N followed by a baking process.
