Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the suppression of the occurrence of a gap between a belt member and contact members at a contact position.SOLUTION: Contact members, such as a cleaning blade 71 and an entrance seal member 72 are provided to contact a secondary transfer belt 61 within a contact range formed of a frist range (D) where the secondary transfer belt 61 and a secondary transfer roller 62 are in contact with each other and second ranges (D) extending from both ends of the first range to positions which are separated by the radial length of the secondary transfer roller 62.
