Title:
BIDIRECTIONAL CONTROL APPARATUS FOR CONTROLLING PACKING
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3830989
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To automatically feed a product to be housed in a package at a high speed by operating the position state data of an elapse time to each product row fed from an automatic product inspecting station to a product allotting and packing dial.
CONSTITUTION: At the time of the bidirectional control of the automatic packing of a product, a robot 40 cyclically feeds individual arrays 16 each housing a predetermined amt. of lenses to the fixing vacuum rail 50 fed from an automatic lens inspecting(ALI) station 20 to a packing dial 200. The control unit 100 provided to a packing fixing station 10 starts the time stamp to the respective arrays 16 fed from the ALI station 20 to determine the time data to the respective arrays and generates the position state data showing good product arrays or bad product arrays when the arrays 16 are fed to the packing dial 200. The control unit 100 shifts the position state data of the elapse time data in a memory 102 when the respective arrays 16 are fed on the vacuum rail 50.
