The binder for file is composed of a binder main body 2 on the cover part 2a of which a fold 3 for storage is formed and a binding implement 1 fixed on the inside of the backbone part 2b. The binder main body 2 consists of the backbone part 2b, the front cover part 2a connected with its one side part and a back cover part 2c connected with the other side part. The fold 3 for storage is formed on the cover part 2a in parallel to the boundary fold a1 between the cover part 2a and the backbone part 2b and at a position at a distance a little larger than the height H of the binding implement 1 from the fold a1.
