Title:
BINDING FOR SNOWBOARD
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3529319
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an epoch-making binding for snowboard, wherein defects of a plastic belt are eliminated by adopting a pressing body made of a flexible material such as fabric, and further the flexible pressing body does not become an obstacle in a skating, or the like, by constituting the flexible pressing body in such a manner that the pressing body is taken up by a winding device other than a time when fixing boots.
SOLUTION: The pressing body 2 which presses and fixes a boot on a base board body 1 is made of the flexible material which can be taken up. Then, the winding device 4 which can take up and houses the flexible pressing body 2 is provided on either one side of the right or left of the base board body 1. At the same time, the winding device 4 is constituted in a manner to have an urging force to resist the letting out of the pressing body 2. At the tip end of the pressing body 2, an engaging section 5 which can be fitted in and engaged with an engaging body 3 is provided. Then, on the engaging section 5 or the winding device 4, an adjusting mechanism 6, which adjusts a pressing degree of the boot by the pressing body being totally pulled out from the winding device 4 by tightening or loosening, is provided for this binding for snowboard.
