Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the attachment/detachment of a blade and its detecting means by setting a blade cover in which a spindle housing for supporting a spindle equipped with a rotary blade rotatably is formed from a means for detecting the state of the rotary blade and a nozzle for supplying cutting water from the front and rear parts of the blade.
SOLUTION: To detach a rotary blade 14, a grip member 35 and a front part cutting water supply nozzle body 23 at an action position are lifted forward and upward, the coupling state between a coupling part 37 and a coupled part 38 is lifted, and an arm part 33 is rotated upward around a rotary axis 32. A front part cutting water supply nozzle 34 connected by the rotation of the arm part 33 is also rotated, the arm part 33 stops the rotation by a rotation inhibiting part 40, and a front part cutting water supply nozzle body 23 is at a non-acting position. A fixing nut 41 is loosened, and the rotary blade 14 is removed from a spindle 15. In this state, a blade detecting means 22 is lifted upward to be separated from a blade cover main body 21. The necessity of individual attachment/detachment is eliminated to make work efficient and to curtail replacement time.
