Abstract:
To provide a low-cost compact hydraulic machine capable of reducing vibration in resonance below the level of an actual damage to the hydraulic machine and operable at a rotational speed over a wide range.
This hydraulic machine is provided with a rotary system having an impeller 3 and a shaft 2 and a supporting system having bearings 5 and 6 supporting the shaft 2 and a casing 4 housing the rotary system. The rotary system and the supporting system are formed of a material having a high damping effect. The hydraulic machine is operated at a rotational speed above a primary natural frequency of the rotary system.
