To provide a bolt supplying and fastening device of such a structure that a socket cylinder in which a socket advances and retreats and a bolt cylinder through which bolts are supplied are coupled together, whereby each bolt is precluded from taking unstable attitude when bolt is supplied to the cylinder for sockets.
Each bolt B fitted with a flange is fed toward a socket passage (s) in a socket cylinder 2 through a bolt passage (t) in a bolt cylinder 3, and the coupling part 5 of the cylinders is furnished with a restricting member 10 which intrudes into the intra-cylinder space, chiefly the socket passage (s), when bolt B is fed and restricts to constant the passing attitude of the bolt B, wherein the top of the restricting member 10 is oscillatably pivoted by a pivot pin 13 and energized inward by a spring 14. At passage of socket 6, the member 10 is swung outward by the pressing force of the socket 6 so as to generate a retreat from the socket passage (s).
