Abstract:
To stably wind a wire on a spool by eliminating deviation from a wire travel line, deformation, surface damage and breakage of the wire caused by sharp fluctuation of wire tension and excessive wire tension generated by a mechanical tensioning mechanism and a tensioning mechanism by a conventional pulley or the like.
The wire is wound on the spool while being tensioned in non-contact by applying air resistance force and gravity to the wire in a state of attracting the wire to the winding spool by electrostatic attracting force. After winding, electric charge charged to the wire is eliminated by an electrostatic eliminating mechanism.
