Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a boom device for fluid transportation, suppressing the vibration of boom.
CONSTITUTION: A sensor 52 detects the chafe of stroke (x) due to vibration and inputs it into CPU 50. The CPU takes in the stroke (x) given and computes the objective pressure F as an objective driving power on the basis of the following formula; F=F0-k.(x-x0)-c.x', where, F0 is axial driving power (pressure) during non-vibration, k and c are coefficients, x0 is cylinder length during non- vibration, X is cylinder length during vibration, x' is transfer speed of cylinder. In this case, the cylinder transfer speed is obtained by dividing the change of cylinder length by the time. The CPU 50 inputs the computed objective pressure F into a servo amplifier 48 as a driving instruction. In this way, the pressure of cylinder 18 is controlled to be equal to the objective pressure F computed by the CPU 50. Accordingly, the cylinder 18 gets a spring action and a damper action.
