Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boosted voltage generating circuit dispensing with a reference voltage generating circuit.
SOLUTION: A boosted voltage generating circuit having constitution in which boosted voltage is generated by using a charge pump circuit P1 comprises resistor voltage dividing circuits (R1, R2) connected to an output of the charge pump circuit P1, and a current mirror type differential amplifier in which a pair of flash EEPROM cells F1, F2 of which threshold voltage (accumulated electric charges quantity) are set so that output voltage of a first output node N5 of the resistor voltage dividing circuit and output voltage of a second output node N6 are made their gate input voltage respectively, their current value are equal when an output voltage value of the charge pump circuit P1 is the prescribed voltage value previously set, and increasing/decreasing quantity of the current values are different each other, are made a pair of input transistors, and the device is also provided with a pump operation control circuit outputting a control signal ENB controlling operation/non-operation of the charge pump circuit P1.
