PURPOSE: To obtain nonfermented bread containing natural foods and large amounts of various vitamins, fats and oils, minerals, etc., by heating residue prepared by extracting soybean milk from soybean (powder), unpolished rice flour, wheat flour and additives such as milk.

CONSTITUTION: Residue prepared by extracting soybean milk from soybean (powder), unpolished rice flour, wheat flour and additives such as milk, sugar, egg, fats and oils and emulsifying agent are heated to give the aimed bread.
