Abstract:
To provide a breather device restraining leaking-out of oil in a case to the outside, even in case a vehicle overturns.
This breather device is mounted on the vehicle, and adjusts an internal pressure of the case of storing the oil inside, and has: a cylindrical pipe part 61; an overlapping part 62 arranged on one end side of the pipe part 61, support parts 63 and 68 for relatively rotatably supporting the pipe part 61 to the case around the virtual axis O extending in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle; and an elastically deformable hose part 64 connected to a storage chamber and the pipe part 61.
